Delivery of goods?
All deliveries are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Despite the method of delivery you choose, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment tracking link. We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard shipping
The package will be sent via DPD. Shipping normally takes 3-4 business days in Europe.
Delivery of virtual goods?
Virtual goods such as licenses, plans and credit codes will be delivered to the email address indicated when placing the order.
Return of goods
Quality hardware can be returned to Cartline Tech SRL within 14 working days for any reason. Returned goods must be in the original packaging and without marks of use. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Virtual goods, subscription plans, are not refundable.
